County Connects fosters relationships across departments and promotes interdepartmental understanding and communication.

What’s the Story?​

Q3 of 2025 is by far the greatest participation rate we have had since the inception of County Connects, with 278 participations.  This may coincide with a decision to open certain events virtually, to allow participation via Microsoft Teams.  The County continues to invest in the County Connects program, and over time, we hope to track participation in Connects events and correlation to employee satisfaction as measured in the annual survey.
