This graph shows us the number of agencies included in Julota compared to Skagit County's target (red line).
Why This Measure Matters
Julota is a case management software program that helps providers know what is happening in their mutual clients’ lives.
As we expand access to Julota, more agencies working with the same individuals will be able to follow the care being provided by other agencies. This will allow each agency to provide the best services without duplicating efforts and hopefully provide better outcomes for the individuals.
What’s the Story?
Today, there are three spokes, meaning three agencies share information on Julota.
Target
The goal is to expand access to a total six spokes by the end of 2025.
