What This Graph Tells Us
This graph tracks the average vulnerability assessment score for those in Skagit County who qualify for housing resources.
Why This Measure Matters
Individuals and households experiencing or facing imminent homelessness enroll in Coordinated Entry Housing Interest Pool to access homeless services programs. When they enroll, they are given a vulnerability score based on many factors. Tracking average vulnerability scores of placements from the Housing Interest Poll will help us identify whether the most vulnerable households and individuals are being served in our community and identify current gaps in our service model.
What’s the Story?
Target
Targets are based on the average vulnerability score of individuals/households added to the Housing Interest Pool that month.
